Kaitlyn is the firm’s Founder & Managing Attorney. She practices U.S. immigration law with a focus on employment-based immigration. She prepares immigrant and nonimmigrant visa petitions for foreign nationals seeking employment authorization in the U.S., and counsels on visa compliance and consular processing.
In addition to her experience in employment-based immigration, she has diverse experience in other immigration matters including family-based immigration, citizenship, deportation defense, including criminal-based matters, and relief for asylum seekers. She has drafted motions and briefs for litigation and appeals before Circuit Court and Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA). Kaitlyn also provides pro bono immigration assistance and has supported Catholic Charities Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston and DACA, Own the Dream. Her own family's personal immigration journey translates to passionate services and casework.
